Paul started Taekwondo 10 years ago after his son began training, initially as a way to improve his fitness and stay active. What started as a way to keep fit gradually became a passion, leading him to achieve his 2nd Dan black belt.

Today, Paul enjoys supporting and inspiring students of all ages throughout their Taekwondo journey. Having started later in life himself, he hopes to show others that it is never too late to start something new.
